Lifetime Warranty
All of Level Best’s foundation repairs are guaranteed by a fully transferable warranty. Our piers are warranted for the lifetime of the structure.
Should a Level Best Foundation Repair, concrete pier or concrete piling fail during the warranty period, we will adjust the pier at no charge to the owner.
All warranties are transferable.
PIER & BEAM
5 Year Warranty
If the foundation supported by piers installed by Level Best Foundation Repair has settlement causing an excess slope, the company will readjust the piers without cost to the owner for the life of the warranty.
This warranty may be transferred to all subsequent owners of the property, for a period of 5 years.
It is fully understood that, in order to perform the work identified by Level Best Foundation Repair's Foundation Repair Agreement or any warranty work, sheetrock, wallpaper, or other rigid materials may crack. As a result Level Best Foundation Repair is not responsible for the repair or replacement of such materials.
